This website
The site stores no cookie for advertising and builds no profile of you. Product analytics are collected in aggregate to know which pages are read; the only data written to your browser is the language you chose.
The game
Playing requires an account so your collection and progress can be restored. We store the email address you sign up with, your player profile, your collection, your progression, your language, your purchase history and the date of your last session. That date and your purchases also help us choose which offers to show you — for instance, so we do not offer you the same thing again when you come back from a break. We do not sell player data.
Advertising and measurement
The game shows ads through Google AdMob — ads you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and a full-screen ad that can appear when you come back to the game after leaving it — and measures where its installs come from (AppsFlyer). Both services may read your device's advertising identifier. The game shows no advertising consent screen, and you keep two ways to act: in your phone's settings you can reset that identifier or opt out of its use for advertising at any time; and in Settings → Anonymous analytics, refusing measurement also removes the device identifiers sent to install measurement. On iOS, nothing is tied to the advertising identifier without the tracking permission the system asks you for.
Who processes data for us
Hosting and databases (Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Vercel, Neon), transactional email (Resend), crash reporting (Sentry), product analytics (PostHog), advertising (Google AdMob), install measurement (AppsFlyer) and purchase validation (RevenueCat, Apple, Google). Each receives only what its function requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account from the game removes your profile and progression. For anything else, write to hello@hive-tcg.app.
Children
Hive TCG is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
