By using this website or playing Hive TCG you accept these terms.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable right to play the game. The cards, art, names, lore and code remain the property of Khufu.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the email address attached to it. Accounts used for cheating, exploiting or abuse may be suspended.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and grant virtual items with no monetary value outside the game. Refunds follow the store's policy, not ours.
Content and availability
Cards, hives, balance and features change over time; seasonal content may leave the spotlight but stays playable. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
AI-generated content
The content of Hive TCG is produced with generative AI under human direction: the card illustrations, the hive decors and backgrounds, the music, the sound effects and the voices, and the written lore, character bios and campaign text — including their translations into every supported language. Every asset is produced ahead of a release, reviewed and selected by Khufu, and it is the same for every player: nothing is generated on your device, and nothing you type is ever sent to an AI. The rules, the board, the card values and the balance are designed by hand.
AI opponents
Some opponents and league participants in Hive TCG are controlled by AI. Every match — the story campaign, the ladder and the weekly leagues — is played against AI opponents, and AI-controlled participants hold seats in the league standings and score points there.
